Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

This policy sets out the rules for returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please review before purchasing.

1. Applicable Products

This policy applies to our digital products delivered as PDF downloads.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been downloaded or delivered by email.

3. Exchanges (Reissue/Resend)

If the delivered data has a clear defect (e.g., corrupted file, wrong item), contact us within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we will reissue/resend free of charge.

4. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after the order is confirmed or after delivery.

5. Cost Allocation

Costs related to reissuing due to defects or misdelivery are borne by us. Requests due to customer convenience are not accepted and are not eligible for any refund.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
